It’s easy to see why: the ability to readily adapt when faced with a new situation to determine how to best move forward is an attractive skill.
We studied several key elements of learning agility – the ability to learn new material quickly, adapt to new challenges, and expand one’s understanding of novel ideas and situations – to determine the behaviors that correlate with this skill.
