What are the most effective leaders in Higher Education doing differently?
The world of higher education is unique in many ways. It blends aspects of traditional organizations with academics and research, athletic pursuits, and even fundraising just to name a few. Although higher education may be unique in those ways, we find that what drives leadership effectiveness is quite similar to previous industry related research. Successful leaders emphasize thinking longer-term, utilizing their expertise, and keeping others informed.
