Assessing and understanding group dynamics is essential to effective leadership development. LEA 360™ data can give you valuable insights into a team’s alignment. The new LEA 360™ Enhanced Composite report – featuring composite data as well as key questions, potential blind spots, developmental considerations, and more – was designed to give you a holistic picture of group data, making it easy for you to interpret, and easy for a group to understand and discuss.
In this workshop, we will walk you through the building blocks of this brand new report and discuss how to incorporate it in your work with groups and teams. We will also discuss case studies, explore best practices, and break out into discussions to practice hands-on application.
