*Certification in IDI is a prerequisite for participation.

Motivations not only have a significant influence on our behaviors, they also influence our needs and expectations of others. At times, these expectations result in collaboration and harmony between people; at other times, they can cause frustration, tension and even conflict. Join us as we explore how the IDI can expand our understanding of the expectations and perceptions we bring into relationships and how working with the IDI in mediation can help bring about mutual insight and resolution.

Please note: to support an interactive online learning environment, Workshops are limited to the first 12 registrants. Registration is first-come, first-served; if you have successfully enrolled, you will receive a confirmation from a member of the MRG team.

MRG's new Workshops are small group gatherings where we can roll up our sleeves and enhance our understanding of our tools and our work. Join us for in-depth conversations about MRG assessments, how to interpret them, how to use them in different situations, and how they relate to other important domains such as neuroscience and self-regulation.

We’ll come together for a short lecture and small group exercises and discussions. Come prepared to share your knowledge and learn from colleagues in this intimate learning community.
