In the selection process, stakes are high. Incorporating assessments into the selection process can provide added clarity to help an organization move beyond subjective impressions. Using assessments improperly, however, presents its own set of risks. In this workshop, learn how to integrate a candidate’s behavior and motivation to aid in the selection of employees. Further, learn MRG’s best practices for using both the LEA and the IDI in the selection process to help organizations make successful hiring decisions.
