Dr. Feena May is the CEO of The Inspiring Company and a leading voice in leadership and human development. As the former Chief Learning Officer for the International Committee of the Red Cross, she has spent over 25 years helping senior leaders create the conditions where people - and organizations - truly thrive.
A Visiting Professor at Paris-Sorbonne University and Associate Faculty at the Irish Management Institute, she is the author of the book The Power of a Lollipop: A Model for Inspiring Leadership. Feena holds a PhD in Leadership and brings both rigorous research and hard-won field experience to her work.
