Leadership needs change as people move through their careers. Your assessment strategy doesn’t have to start over at every stage.
Whether you’re developing leaders inside an organization or advising clients as an external coach or consultant, a consistent leadership framework can create continuity from selection and onboarding through development, advancement, and succession planning.
Drawing on MRG research and using the LEA Leadership Suite as an example, we’ll share practical ideas for connecting assessment insights to changing leadership demands, organizational goals, and other sources of data.
Discover how a more integrated approach can save time and resources, create a shared leadership language, and make each new talent decision more informed than the last.
