Maria Brown, Ph.D., BCC

Head of Research & Education @ MRG

 

Maria is passionate about understanding human behavior and helping people reach their potential. She is a researcher, trainer, and executive coach at MRG. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University. 

 

Maria is trained as a Developmental Psychologist and has spent more than two decades researching human development across the lifespan. She has presented her research on leadership to audiences around the world, and has been published in Coaching Perspectives Magazine, the Talent Development Magazine, and several scientific journals. 

 

In her role at MRG, she spearheads both the research and education functions. Her work includes conducting research to ensure assessments are relevant and psychometrically sound and overseeing the training of practitioners around the world.

 

Maria’s research on educational practices for adult learners was recognized by the Society for the Teaching of Psychology, and she continues to support an evidence-based approach to education and training.

Christine Chasse, M.Ed., PCC

Senior Executive Coach @ MRG

 

Christine is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and works with clients to provoke authentic and sustainable change toward exceptional work and uncompromised living. Using a combination of MRG tools and powerful questions, challenges, accountability, and encouragement, Christine helps her clients improve their ability to lead, inspire, manage, and connect with their teams.  Christine is also integral to MRG’s Education function, designing courses and materials and delivering certifications and presentations on topics such as Confidence, Resilience, and Motivation.  Christine holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Virginia.


When not inspiring clients, Christine spends her free time playing tennis, attending live concerts, and enjoying life with her husband, son, family, and friends.
